2. Services

We provide professional airport transfer and passenger transport services between Innsbruck and airports, ski resorts, and other destinations in the Tyrol region and beyond. All prices are per vehicle (not per person) and are based on distance.

3. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. By completing a booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

4. Pricing

All prices are quoted in Euro (EUR) and are per vehicle. Prices vary by distance and vehicle category. The price displayed at the time of booking is the final price. Online payments made via Stripe include a 3% processing fee, which is shown transparently before checkout.

5. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation: You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. A full refund will be issued.

Late cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.

No-show: If the passenger does not appear at the agreed pickup location within the waiting time, no refund will be issued.

6. Flight Monitoring & Waiting Time

We monitor all flight arrivals. You do not need to worry about delays — our drivers will track your flight and wait for you at no extra charge:

  • Private transfers: Up to 60 minutes after the scheduled landing time.
  • Business transfers: Up to 90 minutes after the scheduled landing time.

Additional waiting time beyond these limits may be subject to an extra charge.

7. Passenger Obligations

Passengers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off information, including correct flight numbers. We are not liable for missed transfers caused by incorrect information provided by the passenger.

8. Liability

We are fully licensed and insured for passenger transport. Our liability for damages is governed by applicable Austrian law. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

9. Payment

Payment can be made online via credit card (Stripe) or in cash/card in the vehicle. Online payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your card details.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction is Innsbruck, Austria.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on our website at the time of booking applies.
